For the past two years, Simply Framed has been honored to be the official on-site framer for the UNICEF Next Gen Art Party—and this year, we did it again! On March 11th, we gathered at uber-cool venue 800 MAIN in Venice, Los Angeles for a night of exceptional art for an equally exceptional cause.

The event, chaired by Gabé Hirschowitz, asks a fabulous group of contemporary artists to donate work, with 100% of the art sales from the event going to UNICEF's amazing mission of helping children in need around the globe. Several of the artists we work with were there to represent—either by partying down in person (Stephanie Vovas, The Fourth Artist, Dorothy Shain) or in the form of their donated works framed by yours truly (Max Wanger, Permanent Press Editions)—or both!
Daisy, Greta and Bob were the Simply Framed dream team that helped attendees select beautiful custom frames for any unframed artwork purchased at the event.

While we were busy measuring and advising, attendees were able to enjoy Petrossian caviar, a mindblowing aerial dancer, too much ice cream from Salt & Straw (if that is such a thing!) plus plenty of libations go around. All in the all, the night was a smashing success. But don't take our word for it, check out the images from the evening below. We hope to see you there next year!

Our Simply FLAMED matchboxes are always a great conversation starter at events, and attendees went wild for our mini measuring tapes with built-in levels!
And then...this happened! A very flexible aerial dancer graced the sky while we were busy making framing dreams come true.
