    • Simply Framed Black Label ⼁Custom sizes 5x7” to 48x72” interior dimension
    • Print Only ⼁Custom sizes 4x6” to 42x72” interior dimension
  • What is the interior dimension?
    • The interior dimension refers to the inside of the frame. To calculate, combine the mat size and the art size.
      • Pro Tip! You can find the interior dimension of each frame under "Your Frame" or "Your Print" in our Designer. 
    • For more information on how to measure your artwork, read here.
  • Size tiers
    • Products are priced by size tier instead of square or united inches. If you don’t see your size listed in our pricing guide, round up to the next closest interior dimension.
      • Example: 22.75 x 35.75” frame would fall under 24x36” size tier, in section 3.

  • Where do I customize my frame or print?
    • Ready to get started? Head to our Designer!
    • Use the rail on the right-hand side of the Designer to create a custom design that compliments your artwork best; toggle between services, materials, and even mounting methods. 
    • This design tool is dynamic so available options will vary based on your previous selections, such as service. Plus, a digital mockup of your frame will generate in real-time. 
    • Once you have finalized your design, add it to cart, save it as a Favorite, or share it with a client

Save Favorites

  • What are Favorites?
    • A Favorite is a saved print or frame profile that enables a consistent and efficient ordering process.
  • How to Save a Favorite
    • Customize your frame or print profile in the Designer–adjust the service, size, moulding, mat style, etc; then click on the “Favorite” button to give the profile a name and save it to your account. Please note, you must be logged in to your Simply Framed account to save and access Favorites. 
  • How to Access a Favorite
    • Already built Favorites can be viewed in the dropdown menu when clicking on your email address in the navigation bar. You can customize or redesign any aspect of a Favorite after it loads again in the Designer.

Branding

  • Simply Framed Branding default branding package
    • Packages will include the following materials, all featuring Simply Framed branding
  • White Label
    • Packages will include no branding of any kind. 
    • Hanging and assembly instructions not included. 
    • To request white label, email hello@simplyframed.com with the email address associated with your account. No order minimum or fee is required.
